Spank My Wookie

Yes, the blog is still alive. A buddy of mine mentioned that I haven't done much posting lately. Well, there's been a lot going on right now. A lot of personal stuff to take care of(nothing bad, in fact really good stuff), work is crazy, and the surf has been lackluster. So no surf makes me edgy and not focused. That's just really an excuse to surf more. I did score a few good sessions at my local break and in SC. But with the spring winds going off constantly, evening sessions and even morning sessions are hard to come by.

Take this morning for instant, woke up at 6:45, and checked out the window. The trees are blowing hard, the reports are calling for 1-2 weak and bumpy. Combine with a high tide and I can just go back to sleep. Too bad, I was all packed and ready to shred! NOT! I can't shred.

So maybe later this week, I'll get out and instead of shredding, shed some weight from constantly eating and not surfing!
